OFF TO THE NORTH WEST - Merry Christmas

My kids have been in the North West @ Granny for 2 weeks now. I'm really missing them and this is the 1st time we have sent them away. Well now I'm off to the North West for Christmas, just need to go pack the car and fetch hubby.

Martini Glasses - Christmas Candles

We are going to my Mom for Christmas and I decided to make some Christmas Candles for the dining room table - candle lit Christmas Dinner.  I had these 2 martini glasses and I asked Winnie @ Crafty Corner to please turn them into gel candles for me. I then added some bling, gold studs and a snow flake to each of them. 

Well now I've started something!!! I love collecting all sorts of wine glasses, cherry glasses, champagne glasses, glasses and some more glasses. Yet I don't drink? So I have decided that all these glasses are going to be turned into gel candles. Perfect for Mothers Day, birthday gifts etc.

Christmas Card - Paper Flower Tutorial

This Christmas card is for the Day-Mother. I found a paper flower tutorial @ Imagine, Create, Inspire - BLOG and decided to try it out. I just love these paper flowers and I'm so pleased that I found this tutorial.

NOT AN ADVENT CALENDAR

This weekend I went Christmas shopping and decided to buy Shanice quite a lot of jewelry. When I went home I had a look at her jewelry boxes to make sure she is going to have enough space for all the new goodies, but she will never have enough space.

That's when I decided I need to make her something for all her junk jewelry. So the advent calendar has become a jewelry box goody for her bedroom wall. I used the "Stanley the cat collection" again, as it matches her cat bed linen. 

She can hang her chains in the middle were I added hooks and she has loads of drawer space for everything else. I really hope she like is!!

Personalized Wooden Hanger - Christmas Gift

I have been scrapping in the evenings to get all my Christmas gifts done. This is something new, a personalized wooden hanger for the girls.

All I did was give it a coat of paint, add 3 hooks, ribbon, brads & bling. They are now on my on-line shop and are only R58 each.

I'm sure Shanice is going to love it!! I'd love to know what you think?

Now I need something for the boys?
