Today I was going through all my albums and found my 1st page that I did way back when I started working for Susan. To think, this is when the gogga bit me! These are photo's of my son when he was 2 days old - so sweet!

I must admit that when going through my albums and looking at 2 pages in particular - I would love to take them apart and re-do them, but I don't know if I should?

Chipboard Corset

I have spent the whole afternoon playing around with ideas for my tiny chipboard corset. I want to use it for a mothers day card - but I'm having such a block. I think it might be because its engraved, I can't find the right ribbon and what colour to use? MMMM! I'll keep on trying!

I did manage to finish my last page of our visit to the Elephant Sanctuary, and that's all I have done on the creative side of things!

I spent yesterday working on this wooden apron - I think this is great for Moms kitchen? I altered a mini note pad to put in the aprons pocket - Moms shopping list.

Pamper Party @ Shoestring

Last night I had a group of ladies come in for a pamper party - their friend is getting married and they decided to each do a page for her album. What a fabulous idea! It went well and they all had a great time.

It was a clock!

Mothers day card in a PAPER CIGAR BOX

Well my hubby occasionally puffs on Blackstone Cherry Cigars and I have this habit of keep all sorts of boxes. I decided to make a mothers day card that fits into this paper cigar box (recycling). All you need to do is cover each section of the box individually and decorate. The card needs to be cut a little smaller than the width and length of the box, decorate and you have your card for your box.

Mothers Day - Gift Ideas 1 & 2

I found these clocks and thought they would make the most amazing frames for scrapbooking. So I took them apart & this is what I came up with. I don't know about you but I think they are fabulous - something different. They are really deep dished and I just love the frames inside (apple & flower). Perfect gift for Mom or Granny for Mothers Day?

Okay, its over! I was on TV yesterday afternoon - Sistahood @ 3:30pm. Unfortunately I never got chance to watch, but I did ask Mom to tape it for me. Hopefully I can watch the repeat on Saturday morning or else I'll just have to wait to get the tape from Mom. I was very nervous when I did this interview and I really did not know what to expect? But Mom, Dad & my sister say I did well - I'll have to wait & see for my self!
